Tom Sawyer's Christmas Tree Farm and Elf Village

Families, friends, club, church and school groups, all holiday-lovers will enjoy this Holiday Festival in western North Carolina's mountain-lake country near Cashiers and Highlands.

When you arrive at the Farm you first decide which Christmas tree to choose and cut or select a pre-cut tree. Then, on weekends, from Friday thru Monday, the elves and Santa return from the North Pole to roll out the fun.

Everyone dons an elf outfit..yes there are sizes for Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa!

Elf Village

Kids listen to elf tales, create Christmas crafts, write then mail Christmas wish lists...or tell it to Santa in person.... and even play around with the elves.

There is always ample opportunity for memory-making photos on farm-owned antique sleighs and carriages, throughout the village in and out of the little elf houses, at the elf chapel or in the Clauses’ cabin where the jolly ole elf and Mrs. Claus welcome one and all!

For the adults.....or hungry kids…there’s a Christmas Café offering delicious fare. Everyone will want to shop in the Christmas Shop for unique gifts, decorations including wreaths and garland and Elf Magic toys. Horse-drawn carriage, tractor and farm wagons ride their passenger on a lively jaunt into the hills for a Tour of Trees. Click here for a complete calendar and attraction charges.
